Return Policy

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED for all plans EXCEPT our STANDARD box. All sales are final for the standard Box.

FOR STANDARD PLUS: If you want to return any item/s please purchase a shipping label to return to us. The item must arrive to us within 10 days after receipt of your box which is confirmed by the tracking number provided by our shipping company or 14 days after post marked. We do not accept returns after 10 days of your receipt. We will regard the sale as a FINAL SALE. You do not need to contact us as we will know when your items tracking number is active. If box gets to us after 14 days, you can either send us a prepaid label to ship it back to you or if you are not interested, we will be happy to donate the items to charity.

There are no refunds for returned items. If you return any item, we will send you extra pair/s of clothing item in your next box. If it is your first and only box, we will ship your replacement item to you in our next shipment (we ship out on the 14th of every month). Because of the deeply discounted prices of our clothes, we do not issue refunds on any of our plans, just replacements.

THE PREMIUM PLANS: If you would like to return merchandise, from your account, email us for a return label to be emailed to you. Please use the return label bag inside your box to return the item/s to us. You can either take it to the post office or ask for a pickup from your house on https://tools.usps.com/schedule-pickup-steps.htm Our item/s must get to us within 10 days after receipt of your box which is confirmed by the tracking number provided by our shipping company or 14 days after post marked. If you decide you do not want to keep any of the items nor want replacements and return the entire box then we will charge only the styling fee of $30.

The following items of clothing are regarded as Final Sale: swimwear, intimates, and bags. Return/exchange policies for these items are not covered by the above policy.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our standards/requirements including any signs of wear.
